Our
staff come from a wide variety of backgrounds; from local people with a
passion for working with children, to college graduates with degrees in
recreation and education and internationals participating in an 18-month
traineeship. They come from near and far, but they all have one thing in
common - they're great with children.

Carl
Fleming (School Programs Manager) Carl returned from Australia in the
fall of 2006 after finishing his bachelor’s degree. He is now our
Program Manager who will be your first contact while at camp. Carl is
committed to making your stay an enjoyable one!
Richard Engelmann (School Program Coordinator) Richard
is a graduate of Albion College with a degree in biology and is
currently working on his masters at Ferris State in secondary
education. He has been at camp for two summers and this will be his
second year of Outdoor Education. Richard is excited about the
relationships he will form with teachers this fall.

Instructors
Copneconic’s Program Instructors make your camp experience a great one.
They are kid oriented staff who love to work in the out of doors. They
will go out of their way to make sure that the kids, teachers and
chaperons are comfortable during their camp stay.
The current group of instructors is comprised of

Zeeb, Jesse Langdon, Jesse Soelber, Shelly McArthur, Laura McGinnis,
Katie O'Toole, Kim Hagler and Kyle Velthouse.
