At
YMCA Camp Copneconic we are proud of our facilities. The
centerpiece, Copneconic Lodge, opened in January of 2002. This spacious
dining hall comfortably seats 400 people and boasts an enormous
basement. Right next door sits Allen Lodge, the heart of Copneconic for
over 70 years.
The
dining service in Copneconic Lodge is often complimented and we pride
ourselves on our food. We're well known as the camp with "Awesome
Food". All meals are served on a buffet, with great taste and variety.
Our
accommodations are led by four lodges that each sleep between 48 and 56;
Iroquois Lodge, Arapahoe Lodge, Auker Lodge, and the Circle C Lodge. Each lodge has
indoor bathrooms, carpet and heating. Nestled around camp are a number
of smaller cabins. All are heated, and share bathrooms with the
lodges. These cabins allow for a total sleeping capacity of over three
hundred.
The
Lake Copneconic Conference Center is used for varied purposes - its
meeting areas and sleeping capacity of 80 make it desirable for groups
of many types.
In
addition to these main buildings, we have a Welcome Center, the Circle C
Ranch, Holiday Hills Pavilion, Chief's Lodge, Largent Lodge, and Ski
Center.
